Which terminals do you support?
We're starting with LA/LB (Fenix Marine, TRAPAC, YTI, PCT) and expanding to NY/NJ, Houston, and Savannah based on beta demand. Tell us your ports and we'll prioritize them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Drayage Shield runs in the cloud. You log in, enter your container numbers, and we do the rest. ELD integration is optional — it adds GPS verification but isn't required to start.
Will shipping lines actually accept this evidence?
Our packages are formatted specifically to match what shipping lines and terminal managers expect to see. Carriers using manual evidence win disputes inconsistently — a standardized package removes the excuses.
What if I already have a TMS?
